Created in 1953, the SBA helps small business owners and entrepreneurs start, grow, expand, or recover their business dream.  With market research and business plan tools to launching ideas into reality, the SBA is the only cabinet-level federal agency fully dedicated to small business providing counseling, capital, and contracting expertise. 

Enterprise Florida – Small Business Assistance

EFI partners with state, federal and non-profit organizations to provide small businesses with training, development, and financing options. As a central hub of this extensive network, EFI’s Minority and Small Business, Entrepreneurship and Capital (MaSBEC) division is ready to help small businesses enter new markets, achieve revenue growth, create jobs, and access small business loans in Florida.

SCORE Volusia/Flagler

SCORE offers free and confidential one-on-one business counseling by phone, email, and in-person.  Business owners can also benefit from SCORE’s extensive collection of online resources including guides, templates, checklists, blogs, videos, and infographics. 

Palm Coast-Flagler Regional Chamber of Commerce

In cooperation with CareerSource Flagler/Volusia, the Chamber launched a three-phase program offered to thirteen scholarships recipients to assist their small businesses strengthen and grow.  The Chamber also offers Small Business Lunch Seminars and Bootcamps addressing many of the challenges that entrepreneurs may face.
