Trail Location
The Lehigh Trail is located in Flagler County on approximately eight miles of abandoned railroad corridor, comprising 194.95 acres. The Trail parallels the Lehigh Canal for much of its length and extends from U.S. 1 north of Bunnell through the town center of Palm Coast, through Graham Swamp, and ends at Colbert Lane immediately west of the old Lehigh Portland Cement Company.

Activities
This trail provides hikers, cyclists, and in-line skaters a taste of wild Florida and some of the best scenery in the county. Trees surround the trail virtually the entire distance. There are only two grade crossings at Old Kings Road and Belle Terre Parkway.

Construction
Lehigh Trail is a linear park being completed a section at a time. The rails to trails project is currently 3.8 miles long from Belle Terre Parkway to Colbert Lane. Construction on a second section and a trail head at Colbert Lane is expected to begin in 2010. When finished, the trail will connect from U.S. 1 to Colbert Lane and it will be approximately eight miles long.
